As specialist in digital training solutions and immersive technologies, benntec will
participate in the international, mission-driven experimentation campaign Data2Sea 
(SeaSEC Challenge Weeks) from April 13 to 24, 2026 with GEOTAC 3D Vision, a data
integration software for 3D Augmented Reality Operational Pictures.

About Data2Sea 2026

Data2Sea 2026 is an international, mission-driven experimentation campaign aimed at strengthening the protection of critical undersea infrastructure and advancing autonomous maritime systems.

During a ten-day trial phase in the Rostock/Mecklenburg Bight region, naval forces, industry,
and research organizations will collaborate to integrate sensors, platforms, and data services,
build a shared maritime operational picture, and test new detection and response concepts
under real sea conditions.

The goal is to accelerate the transition from prototype solutions to operational capabilities
while enhancing cooperation and interoperability among participating partners.

About GEOTAC 3D Vision

GEOTAC 3D Vision, benntec’s modular 3D platform and data integration software,
seamlessly combines complex real-time and historical geospatial data into an interactive
3D Augmented Reality Operational Picture. The immersive 3D visualization enables
users to perceive the operational environment from multiple perspectives, providing
clarity in complex information environments.

GEOTAC 3D Vision has already been successfully deployed during the REPMUS exercises in Portugal in 2023, 2024, and 2025 and continues to be continuously refined and developed.
